    You can use the "Check PNR Status" feature on our website. Simply enter your 10-digit PNR number to get a live update on your seat confirmation.

  • What is the cancellation and refund policy?

    Our cancellation policy is in accordance with [National Railway's] rules. You can cancel your ticket directly from your user dashboard. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • Do I need to create an account to book?
